Refund policy

Due to the high cost of postage and the high rate of USPS damages to returned prints, we can no longer accept returns or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding.

If your order is damaged, please email (responding to your order confirmation is best, if possible) within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please keep all packaging materials and the item/s (we might ask that you send them back, depending on the item). Be prepared to supply photos of all damages, which we will need for claims purposes. Without these things, we will not be able to issue any refunds.
